We only collect what we need to provide your service:
Your information stays safe and offline. It is never sold and never shared. If you would like it deleted, just ask and we will remove it. For website visitors, Baha Connect does not use cookies or tracking tools, and visitor data is not shared with third parties.
Websites and design projects require a 50 percent deposit before work begins. The remaining 50 percent is due once the design is completed and before the website is launched or transferred. Payments may be made through Scotia, RBC, Bank of America, or CIBC. Some services, such as one-time IT support, setup work, or smaller design tasks, may require full payment upfront depending on the scope.
Once a website or design project is fully paid, ownership of the final delivered files transfers to the client. Baha Connect may keep copies for its own records and for portfolio use. Third-party items, such as fonts, stock images, hosting, and domains, remain subject to their own licenses and provider terms.
We like to celebrate finished work and client success. Completed projects may appear in the Baha Connect portfolio unless you ask us not to include yours.
